Our place is tucked away on the first floor over in C I L Layout. If you know where 4th Cross is, you can find us at No. 59. It is a quiet enough spot compared to the main roads. Team Lease Services Pvt Ltd has been operating out of here for a bit. It is a standard office setup, nothing you would see in a magazine. We have chairs that squeak a little and a water cooler that gets a lot of use. People come in and out all day looking for work or needing help with paperwork. It can get a bit messy with all the files stacked up, but we know where everything is. The neighborhood is mostly residential, so it feels more like a community than a business hub. We do not have a big receptionist area or fancy lights. Most of us just bring lunch from home and eat at our desks while we chat. It is just how we operate. We handle a lot of different tasks, mostly related to jobs and hiring, but we do not make a big fuss about it. Sometimes the rain makes the stairs a bit slippery, so we have to be careful. We have been in Bangalore a long time and seen the city grow around us. We are just part of the local fabric now, doing our bit every day.
