Team Leader Cum Recruiter(Non-It)

You can find us at 881/01, situated on the 13th Main in Srinivas Nagar 2nd Phase. We are specifically on the 6th Cross in the 3rd Stage of Banashankari, or BSK as most people call it. It’s a bit of a long address to write down, but once you are in the 560 area, it’s not too hard to navigate. The office is where we handle a lot of the non-IT recruiting work. Being a team leader here means a lot of coordinating and making sure everyone is on the same page. The office itself is pretty small and can get a bit crowded when everyone is in at the same time. We have a few computers and some headsets for making calls. It’s definitely not a corporate skyscraper. It’s more like a converted space that fits our needs. There’s a park nearby where we sometimes go for a walk if the calls are getting too stressful. The neighborhood is mostly residential, so it feels quite safe and familiar. We have a lot of people coming in and out for interviews, so there is usually someone new to talk to every hour. The furniture is nothing special, just functional stuff we’ve gathered over time. We don’t really do marketing or anything like that; we just focus on finding people jobs and making sure the paperwork is in order. It’s a busy, somewhat messy, but honest way to spend the day.
