Our office for Team Hr Management Consultancy is in Mathikere, right on 7th Main and 1st Cross. It’s a lively part of Bangalore-54, and we’ve been operating out of this spot at 4/1 for a while. We do all the HR stuff that other businesses find a bit tedious. It involves a lot of paperwork and talking to people who are looking for jobs. The office isn't very large, but it works for what we need. We have people coming in for interviews pretty much every day, so it can get a little crowded in the waiting area. We try to keep everything organized, but with so many resumes and files, it can be a challenge. Mathikere is a good location because it’s easy for people to reach by bus. We aren’t some huge corporate entity with offices everywhere. We’re just a local consultancy trying to help people find employment and help companies find the right staff. Most of us live in this part of town, so we know the local scene pretty well. We don't use any fancy high-tech systems, just the basic stuff that gets the job done. It’s honest, steady work. Sometimes it’s hard when we can’t find a match for a role, but we just keep looking. We’ve seen many people come through these doors over the years. Some find great jobs and stay for a long time. We’re just here every day, doing our thing and hoping to help out.
