Teak Home

You can find us over in Amarajyothi Layout, right there on the 4th Main in Domlur. We’ve been focusing on teak wood stuff for quite a while because it’s what we know best. The shop isn't massive, but we’ve managed to fit a good amount of furniture pieces inside. We mostly deal with tables, chairs, and some storage things that people want for their houses. Teak is heavy and lasts a long time, so that’s why we stick with it. Sometimes the workshop gets a bit dusty with all the sanding going on, but that’s part of the trade. People usually walk in because they live nearby or they heard about us from a neighbor. We don't really do big advertisements or anything like that. It’s more about showing someone a solid piece of wood and letting them decide if it fits their room. My cousin helps out with the deliveries when the truck is working right. The street outside can get a bit narrow when people park their cars on both sides, so getting big items out sometimes takes a bit of maneuvering. We just like working with wood and seeing a finished table go to a good home. It's a quiet enough area most days, except for the occasional construction noise. We try to keep things straightforward and honest with anyone who comes through the door looking for something new for their home. It's just a small local shop trying to do things the old-fashioned way without too much fuss or complicated talk.
