Lohith here, working out of the Cauvery F Block in Koramangala. The address is actually Door No 43, and it is part of the K.S.R.P Vasathi Gruha, which is basically the police quarters. It is a bit of a different spot for a Tata Teleservices point, but it works for us. Bangalore is always a mess with the traffic, especially around Koramangala, so being tucked away in this block is actually a bit of a relief. The office is not much to look at. We have the basic stuff like desks, some old chairs, and the equipment we need to keep the telecom services running. Most of the day is spent handling requests and trying to make sure the signals are okay. It rains a lot here in Bangalore, so we often have to deal with damp walls or leaks that we just patch up when we can. Satish H.K. is who I am with here. We do not have a big team, just a few people making sure things do not break down. The F block is usually quiet, except when the kids are out playing in the afternoon. We drink a lot of coffee to stay awake during the long shifts. It is not the kind of place where you would find a shiny lobby or a coffee machine that works. We just use a small kettle in the corner. It is honest work and we just try to keep up with the daily pile of tasks.
