Tata Teleservices Ltd.

We are working out of the office at 192 Jakkasandra II Cross, right in the Koramangala I Block of Bangalore. It’s a pretty well-known area, so people don't usually have much trouble finding the building. Tata Teleservices is a big name, but here at this branch, it’s just us doing the daily work. We deal with a lot of phone lines and data connections for people and businesses around the city. The office is usually humming with the sound of servers and cooling fans. It can get quite hectic on Monday mornings when everyone realizes their connection isn't working after the weekend. We have people coming in and out all day, some looking to pay bills and others asking about new setups. The traffic in Koramangala is always a mess, so we hear a lot of honking outside our windows. Inside, it's mostly rows of desks and a lot of wires. We try to keep things moving as fast as we can, but sometimes the systems are slow or there's a problem out in the street with the cables. We just drink our coffee and keep working through the tickets. It’s a standard branch, but the people here are just regular folks trying to make sure the phones keep ringing for everyone else. We don't do anything fancy, just the technical stuff that keeps the internet going.
