Tata Steel

We are set up at Door Number 160, on the 10th Cross, First Main, in RMV 2nd Stage, Dollars Colony. This is in Bangalore, so it is a bit different from our offices up north. The area is quite nice and usually a lot quieter than the industrial parts of the country. We use this spot as our base in the city to handle local business and coordinate things. The office is located in a residential-looking building, so it doesn't feel like a cold or distant corporate space. We have a few rooms where we keep our records and some desks for the staff. It is a comfortable place to work. We do not have a big sign out front, just the door number. We spend a lot of time on the computer or on calls. Bangalore traffic is as bad as everyone says it is, so we try to get most of our work done without having to drive around the city too much. We are not doing anything flashy here. We just handle the admin side of the steel business. Most of the people working here have been with the company for a long while. We know the neighborhood well and occasionally walk to the local shops for our lunch. It is a steady routine. We do not overcomplicate things. We just do the work that needs doing every day.
