You can find us at Basavanagudi 172. It’s a small shop right on the main stretch where all the action happens. We spend our days helping people get their phones set up or fixing connection issues that pop up. The shop isn't very large, so it can get pretty cramped when a few families come in at the same time. We have some plastic chairs for people to sit on while they wait, but they aren't the most comfortable things in the world. Most of our customers are locals who have lived in Basavanagudi for decades. They like to come in and chat while we process their requests. We deal with a lot of different gadgets and plans, and it can be a bit confusing even for us sometimes. We keep all the manuals and brochures in a big stack near the door. The lighting inside is a bit bright, but it helps us see the small parts when we are looking at a phone. The street outside is always full of life, with flower sellers and people heading to the market. We open the shutters early in the morning and don't close until late at night. It’s a lot of work, and sometimes our backs ache from standing all day. We don't have a big corporate team here, just a few of us trying to keep things running smoothly. It's a simple life and we like being part of the community.
