You can find us in Richmond Town, specifically at JB Nagar 7. This Tata Docomo Store has been here for a while, and it’s a pretty standard setup for anyone needing phone help. We get all kinds of people walking in, some who are upset because their internet isn't working and others who just want a new SIM card. It’s a small space, so it can get a bit cramped when there’s a line of customers. We try to handle everyone as they come, but sometimes the systems are slow and we have to ask people to wait. We spend a lot of time on the computer checking accounts and trying to figure out why a bill is wrong or how to fix a connection issue. It’s not always easy, especially when the technical stuff gets complicated. The staff here is just a few of us who know the plans and the devices.
