Tata Docomo Exclusive Branded Stores

Our store is located in Gandhi Nagar, specifically in E Block at numbers 25 and 26. It’s a fairly large space compared to some of the other shops around here. We spend most of our time talking to people about their mobile plans and data packages. It can get pretty loud when the store is full of customers all asking questions at the same time. We have all the different forms and paperwork stacked behind the counter. Some days are just spent helping people understand their bills or why their internet isn't working as fast as they want. We don’t try to act like we know everything, but we’ve seen most of the common issues before. The air conditioning works most of the time, which is a relief in the afternoons. We have a few chairs for people to sit on while they wait their turn. It’s a straightforward job. We open the shutters in the morning and close up in the evening. There isn't any big secret to how we run things. We just try to be clear about what people are buying. Gandhi Nagar is a busy area, so there’s always something happening outside. Sometimes we stand at the door just to watch the traffic for a bit. We’ve been here long enough that we know the other shop owners on the block. It’s a decent place to work, even when the internet goes down.
