We are over at No 9/7 in the Industrial Workers Layout. It’s just off 2nd Cross in Shankarnagar, quite close to the Ashok Leyland Apartment. Our office is a simple place where we spend our time looking through resumes and talking to people who are looking for work. We’ve been in Bangalore for quite some time now. Recruiting isn’t always easy because people have all kinds of different needs, but we try to keep things straightforward. We don't use any of those big fancy systems, we mostly just talk to people and see where they might fit. Shankarnagar is a busy area, so there is always someone coming or going. Sometimes it gets a bit noisy with the traffic outside, but we don't mind much. We’ve helped a lot of locals find positions in the nearby industrial areas and some further out in the city too. The team here is just a few of us who know the area well. We don't put on any airs or graces. You can just walk in and we'll see if we can help you out with whatever job search you're on. It's a lot of paperwork and phone calls, but that's just how the business goes. We like being part of the community here and seeing familiar faces every day. It's not a corporate skyscraper, just a regular office where real work happens and people get hired.
