Tapestry Networks

Our office is tucked away on Plot No 154 in the LIC Colony area of Bangalore. If you know the 560 075 zip code, you know it’s a bit of a walk from the main bus stands. Tapestry Networks has been operating from here for a while, and it’s a decent place to spend the day. We aren't in a skyscraper or a fancy business district. It’s a regular building on a regular street where you can hear the birds in the morning before the traffic picks up. The work we do involves a lot of talking and connecting people, but mostly it’s just us sitting at our desks and making sure everything is organized. We don’t have a big reception area with a water fountain or anything like that. It’s more about the desks, the chairs, and the coffee mugs that never seem to get washed enough. The neighborhood is mostly families and other small businesses, which suits us just fine. Sometimes it gets a bit noisy outside when there’s a festival or something, but we just close the windows and carry on. We don’t really do the corporate thing with fancy titles. We just know what needs doing and we try to finish it before it gets dark. It’s a straightforward way to run a business, and being in this part of Karnataka makes it feel like we're part of the local scene. We just try to get the job done right.
