We are based here in Bangalore, though we don't have a long complicated address to give out. It’s a big city, and we are just one small part of it. Our work revolves around networks, which keeps us pretty busy most days. We don't have a giant office with glass walls or anything like that. It’s more of a practical space where we can get together and talk through whatever needs doing. Some of us have been working here for a while, and we’ve gotten used to the way things run. It’s not always perfectly organized, but we know where everything is. We don't go in for all the fancy marketing talk. We just describe what we do in plain English and leave it at that. The office usually has a few boxes sitting around and some old cables that probably should have been thrown out months ago. It feels like a real workplace. We have our good days and our stressful ones, just like any other business in Bangalore. We enjoy being part of the local scene here. When the day is done, we just lock up and head out into the traffic like everyone else. There’s no big secret to how we operate; we just show up and do the tasks that are in front of us. It’s a simple life and we are fine with that.
