Our office for Talentproindia is located at 380, 5th A Cross, which is part of the 8th Main in BEML Layout 6th Stage. We are over in the Tubarahalli area of Bangalore. It’s a part of town that’s growing fast, so there’s always some construction going on nearby. We do HR work here. It involves a lot of looking through files and making sure people get paid on time. The office is a bit cramped sometimes because we have a lot of stuff, but we make it work. We aren't the kind of place with a ping-pong table or a lounge. It’s just a place where we come to work every day. The 8th Main is usually busy with traffic. We’ve got a small team and we’ve been together for a while. Most of us live nearby, so the commute isn’t too bad. We handle a lot of different tasks for companies that don’t want to do their own HR. It keeps us on our toes. There’s always someone calling about a missing document or a new hire. We just try to stay organized and help out where we can. It’s a straightforward business. We don’t try to be anything we aren’t. Just a bunch of people working in an office in Tubarahalli. It’s not fancy, but it gets the job done and we know what we are doing. We just get through the pile each day.
