We are based in Basaveshwaranagar, specifically in the KHB Colony, 1st Stage. Our address is MIG 61, which is one of the older housing board buildings in this part of Bangalore. It’s a solid, dependable area. The office doesn’t look like a typical business center; it’s more like a converted home. We have different rooms for different tasks, and the main hall is where most of the activity happens. There’s a bit of a garden out front, though it’s mostly just some overgrown bushes and a few pots we forgot to water. We’ve been here long enough that we don’t even notice the creaky floorboards anymore. The atmosphere is pretty laid back. We don’t have a dress code, and there’s usually some music playing quietly in the background. Basaveshwaranagar is a great neighborhood because it’s got a lot of trees and good places to eat within a short walk. We often find ourselves at the local tiffin rooms during our morning breaks. It’s a very local way of working. We aren't part of some massive chain; we’re just a small private company trying to do right by the people we work with. The office is often filled with the sound of phones ringing and people chatting about their weekend plans. It’s a comfortable place for the Talent Trendz team to spend the day, even if it’s a bit crowded with the desks.
