Talent Tree

We’ve been working from this Kempanayakanahalli location since the early days of Talent Tree. We are right in the Bannerghatta area of Bangalore. Our office is a bit of a local landmark because we are right near the A.R. Driving School. It’s located at the V.K. Jakkali premises, care of M. Shrinivas. This part of the city is quite far out compared to the main center, which means it’s a lot greener and less crowded. We are a small operation where we focus on finding work for people. We don’t have a massive office or a team of hundreds. It’s just a few of us working out of this space. The commute can be a bit long because Bannerghatta road is always under construction or has a lot of traffic. Once you get here, though, it’s much calmer. We have some basic furniture and our laptops, and that’s about it. We spend most of our time on the phone or meeting with people who are looking for a new start. It’s not a polished corporate environment. We have some files stacked up and some maps on the wall. We’ve been in this neighborhood for a while, so the local shopkeepers know us. It’s a practical setup for the kind of work we do. We just try to keep things moving and help out where we can. If you see the driving school, you’re in the right spot. We stay busy with the local job market.
