We've been here on A S Char Street for a while now. Sanjay Nagar is a busy spot, and our office at number 19 is usually pretty active throughout the week. It’s mostly just us trying to help people find work and helping businesses find the right folks to fill their seats. It’s not always easy, but it keeps us busy. We started out small and stayed that way mostly because we like knowing everyone who walks through the door. Sometimes the street gets noisy with all the traffic, but we've gotten used to it. The office isn't anything fancy, just some desks and a coffee machine that works when it feels like it. We spend most of our mornings on the phone or looking through files. It’s a lot of talking and listening to what people need. People stop by sometimes just to check in or drop off some papers. We try to keep things straightforward and don't really go for all those big corporate ways of doing things. If someone needs a job or a worker, we just see what we can do. It’s simple work really, but it matters to the people around here. We’ve seen the neighborhood change quite a bit over the years, but we’re still here in the same spot. It’s a decent place to work, and we know the local shops well enough by now. Just a regular business doing regular things.
