Talent Search, Pune, has an interesting setup. While the name says Pune, a lot of our actual paperwork and roots are tied to the address C/O Sh. Pushp Singh At Pawara, Post-Kuddi, Ps-Chand Dist-Kaimur Bhabua in Bihar. It’s a long way between the two places. We spend most of our days looking for people who need jobs and companies that need help. It’s not a fancy recruitment agency with glass walls and suits. Most of the time, it’s just us on the phone or responding to emails from a small desk. We deal with all kinds of people, from those just starting out to folks who have been working for decades. Some days the calls never stop, and other days it’s quite quiet. We don't have a big staff, so when you call, you usually get one of us directly.
