We are situated at 36 St. Johns Church Road, which is right by the Vakola Bridge on Nehru Road. Our office is directly across from the Vakola Police Station and very close to the Lavanya Theatre. It’s a very busy part of town with a lot of traffic and people always on the move. At Talent Resources, we spend most of our time looking through applications and talking to people who are searching for new jobs. It involves a lot of phone calls and meetings throughout the day. The office is in a spot that’s easy to miss if you aren’t paying attention, as it’s tucked away a bit. We have a few desks and some old filing cabinets that have been with us for years. It’s a real working office, not a polished corporate space. We don’t use any marketing language to describe what we do here. We just try to help people find work and help companies find the right staff. Sometimes it’s a difficult process, but we just keep at it until we get a result. We’ve been in this location for a long time, so we know the neighborhood and the local shopkeepers well. We usually get our lunch from one of the small places nearby. It’s just a plain and honest way to spend our working hours.
