Talent Mappers is located at 8/10 on 3rd Cross in Maruthinagar. We are in the Munireddy Block, which is part of Madivala here in Bangalore. It’s a lively neighborhood, lots of shops and houses all mixed together. Our office fits right in. It’s not a corporate glass tower, just a regular building where we’ve set up shop. Going through lists and talking to people on the phone takes up our time. Sometimes it gets a bit loud outside with the street noise and the local markets, but we just ignore it. We don't have a big fancy team of writers. We just do the work ourselves. The space is a bit cramped because we have a lot of folders and equipment, but we make it work somehow. We aren't trying to be the biggest consulting firm in India. Doing a decent job for the people who reach out to us is the goal. We’ve been in Madivala for a while and we know the shortcuts around the traffic when we need to get somewhere. Quick lunches at one of the stalls nearby are common before we get back to the desks. It’s a straightforward way to run a business. We don't use a lot of big words or have long meetings about nothing. Checking the tasks for the day and trying to finish them before it gets dark is the routine. It’s just a small group of us trying our best to keep up with the workload.
