Our office is located in Shastri Nagar, specifically in Banashankari 2nd Stage in Bangalore. If you know the area, you know it’s a pretty established part of town. We’ve been here for a while. The work we do is all about managing talent, which basically means we look at what people are good at and where they might fit. We have a lot of folders and digital files to keep track of. It’s a lot of data, honestly. The office has big windows, but the view is just of the street and some trees. It’s nice when it rains, though. We aren't a huge company. It’s just us here, sitting at our desks and trying to keep things moving. Sometimes we have meetings that go on too long, but usually, we just get on with it. Bangalore traffic is a nightmare, so we’re glad we’re in this part of town. We have a coffee machine that works most of the time. We don't use fancy words to describe what we do. We just help out with HR and people stuff. It’s straightforward work. We’ve seen the neighborhood change a lot over the years. New shops opening and old ones closing. We’re still here, though. Just doing the same thing every day. It’s a steady pace. We like it that way. On Fridays, we sometimes order in some food and just relax for a bit before the weekend starts. It's a good little community.
