Our office is located at 532, 18th Cross, right in the 1st Block of RT Nagar. If you are familiar with this part of Bangalore, it is a bit quieter than the main roads, which is nice for a place like Talent Management Consultancy. We have been here for a while now, working out of this space and helping people navigate the job market. It is a simple setup with desks, chairs, and a lot of resumes. We get a lot of people coming in looking for advice on where to go next in their careers. The post box is 560032, and we get quite a bit of mail there every day. It’s not a corporate skyscraper. It’s just a regular building where we do our thing. We spend a lot of time talking to candidates and trying to see who fits where. Sometimes the power goes out, or the coffee machine acts up, but that is just part of daily life in RT Nagar. We don't use fancy slogans. We just talk to people like normal human beings and see what kind of talent is out there. Usually, someone is running down to the local bakery for snacks in the afternoon. It is a small team, and we all know each other well. We just try to be helpful and keep things moving for the businesses that ask us for help in Karnataka and beyond.
