Talent Hunt

Our small office, Talent Hunt, is tucked away in Shivajinagar at Padmanabhanagar Symphony. The full address is S No. 210, CTS 3202 on Range Hills Road, which is quite a lot to write down on an envelope. We are at 15158. It is a decent enough building, though it gets quite dusty because of the construction that always seems to be happening nearby. Inside, we just have a few basic workstations and a lot of notebooks scattered around. We don't have a big sign outside, so people sometimes walk past us the first time they visit. Talent Hunt isn't some massive agency with hundreds of employees. It is just a few of us who have lived in the area for years. We like being on Range Hills Road because it’s easy to get to by bus or scooter. The afternoon sun hits our windows pretty hard, so we usually have the blinds drawn after two o'clock. We don't really do the whole corporate culture thing here. We wear regular clothes and talk like normal people. Sometimes we have tea together in the late afternoon and talk about things that have nothing to do with work. The office is a bit crowded with stacks of paper and old folders, but we manage just fine. It’s a practical place for us to spend our days, and we’re quite happy with the setup we have in Shivajinagar.
