Talent Cullt

We set up our small office here at number 10 on Kodigehalli 3rd Cross. It is right off the Whitefield Main Road in Santosh Vihar. A lot of people know this area because of all the big tech parks nearby, but our street is actually a bit more residential and quiet. We spend our time looking for people who need work and trying to find them a spot in different companies. It is mostly just a few of us sitting at our desks with our laptops. It is not a big fancy corporate office, just a practical space where we can talk to people. Sometimes the place gets a bit cluttered with folders and files, but we know where everything is kept. We started Talent Cullt because we saw how difficult it was for folks to find the right jobs. We do not do any big advertising or anything like that. Most people hear about us from their friends or just see our sign when they walk past. The 3rd cross can be a little tricky to find if you are new to Whitefield, but once you are here, it is a good place to get work done. We drink a lot of tea and spend the day on the phone or writing emails. It is basic work but it keeps us going. We like being in this part of town because everything is close by. It is a busy life, but we enjoy the routine of it.
