You can find us at Balaji Nilayam, Room No - 303. We are in the 6th Phase of J.P. Nagar, right on 7th Cross. It’s a busy part of Bangalore, Karnataka 560078. The building is number 349. We’ve been here for a bit now. Talaash means search in Hindi, and that’s basically what we do, looking for the right people for jobs. It’s a small consultancy. We spend a lot of time on the phone or looking at resumes on our screens. The office isn't very large, but it works for us and our visitors. We have a couple of fans that hum all day and a water cooler that makes funny noises. J.P. Nagar is a nice area with lots of trees still, which we appreciate. We go out for lunch at the local spots nearby, usually grabbing a quick meal. It’s not a corporate setup with glass walls and heavy security. It’s just a regular room with some chairs and files everywhere. People come in looking for work or advice on their careers. We try to help them out as best as we can. It’s hard work sometimes because the market is always changing and people are stressed. We don’t have a big marketing budget or anything. We just rely on people telling their friends about us after they've visited. Bangalore is a tough place to stand out, but we just keep doing our thing. We’ve got a small team and we like it that way. No drama, just work.
