We are located in Flat 403, Site 48, at B.L Residency here in Bangalore. It's a residential building, which suits us just fine because it stays pretty calm. Karnataka is a big place for exports, and we are just one small part of that whole world. We spend our days dealing with paperwork, checking on shipments, and making sure everything is where it should be. It’s a lot of coordination and sometimes things don't go exactly to plan, but we always find a way to sort it out. We aren't a massive corporation with hundreds of employees. It's just a dedicated group of us working out of this flat. We don't have a fancy showroom or anything like that. Most of our work happens on the phone or through email. It’s a practical way to run an export business without spending too much on overheads. We've been in this spot for a while and the location is convenient for us to get around the city when we need to. There are always boxes coming and going, and the days can get pretty long during the busy seasons. We don't do much in the way of marketing. Usually, people find us through word of mouth or long-standing connections. We just keep things moving and make sure the goods get to where they need to go. It's what we do and how we’ve always operated the business here.
