Even though our name says Cuddalore District, we are actually based in Bangalore. Our office is at No. 225, Laxmi Nilaya. We are on 2nd E Cross, 8th Main, 3rd Stage, in the Basaveshwaranagar area. It is a nice, quiet part of the city compared to the center. Tacel Sanitaryware has been operating from this spot for quite a while now. The office is really just a few rooms in a larger building. We don't have a big showroom with lights and displays. It is more of a place where we handle the orders and talk to our suppliers. We have got some catalogs and samples scattered around, but mostly it is just desks and phones. We are a small team, so everyone does a bit of everything. One minute you are answering the phone and the next you are checking on a delivery. Basaveshwaranagar is a good place to be because it feels like a real community. We know the people at the local stores and the folks who live next door. We don't have a big corporate structure or any fancy titles. We just make sure the sanitaryware business keeps moving along. The building is simple and the work is straightforward. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a big office. We just focus on getting things done from our little corner of Bangalore. That is about all there is to us.
