Synova is located at M90, 5th Cross Ln Puram in Bangalore-560021. Our office is tucked away in a quiet street, which is nice because we don't get too much noise from the main roads. The building itself is quite plain and looks like any other house on the block. We have a small sign on the door, but it’s easy to miss if you aren't looking for it. Inside, it’s just a simple workspace. We don't have any of those modern office features like ping-pong tables or free snacks. We just have our desks, our computers, and a lot of work to do. The team is small, and we’ve all known each other for a long time. There’s no need for formal meetings most of the time. We just talk across the room. The lighting isn't the best, so we usually have a few extra lamps around. We don't have a receptionist, so if someone knocks, whoever is closest to the door just lets them in. It’s a very informal atmosphere. Bangalore-560021 is a decent area to be in, and we’ve made this space our own over the years. We aren't trying to be a giant company with hundreds of employees. We like being small and keeping things simple. We just focus on what’s in front of us and try to get it done right without any fuss.
