Syndicate Furniture

We are located right at 7 St Marks Road, near the Kamrej Char Rasta. Our shop is full of all sorts of things, from wooden chairs to cupboards and beds. It’s a bit crowded inside because we like to keep a lot of stock ready for whoever walks in. You’ll often find us moving pieces around or dusting off the tables. It’s a dusty job, to be honest, but that’s what happens when you work with wood and fabric all day. We’ve been at this spot for a good while, and most people in the area know the building. The traffic at the Char Rasta is always heavy, so there’s a lot of noise, but we just stay busy inside. We aren't interior designers or anything like that. We just sell furniture that works for a regular home. If a drawer sticks, we fix it. If someone wants a specific size, we see if we have it in the back. It’s a simple business. We don't have a fancy showroom with bright lights. It’s more of a practical warehouse feel where you can see what you’re getting. Sometimes the delivery truck is late or a customer wants to talk for an hour about a table, and we just roll with it. That’s how it goes here. We just show up, open the shutters, and see who needs a new sofa. There is always someone lifting a heavy box or wrapping up a cabinet.
