Swastik Automobiles

Swastik Automobiles is located right here at number 22 on the 2nd Cross in Journalist Colony. We’ve been in this spot for quite some time now, focusing on auto parts and small repairs. The shop is a bit small, and we have boxes of parts stacked nearly to the ceiling. It can be hard to find things sometimes if you don't know the system. We aren't like those big service centers with waiting rooms and coffee. Here, you usually stand on the street while we take a look at your scooter or car. It’s a hands-on place. We deal with a lot of regular customers from around the colony who trust us to give them the right part. We don't do much advertising; we just rely on being here when someone needs help. The tools are a bit worn out, but they still work just fine for what we need to do. Some days are slow and we just sit on the wooden bench outside and talk to the neighbors. Other days, we are working through lunch to finish a job that needs to be done. It gets greasy and loud with the sounds of wrenches and engines, but that’s how a garage should be. We try to keep the prices fair because we know everyone in the area personally. It’s just a simple, local business run by people who know their way around an engine and a chassis. We’ve seen the colony change over the years, but we’ve stayed right here.
