Swaminathan Consulting Service India Private Limited is tucked away on Bannerghata Main Road. If you know the Arakere area, specifically Mahaganapati Nagar, you’ve probably passed by our building. It’s number 81, though the old records still say 130. Things change around Gottigere and Uttarahalli Hobli quite a bit, so we try to keep up with the local pace. We aren't a massive corporation with hundreds of staff. It’s just us here, working on consulting projects and keeping the lights on. The office is busy, sometimes a bit noisy with the traffic from the main road, but we’re used to it by now. We spend most of our hours looking at spreadsheets and talking to folks about their business needs. It's honest work. We don't have a big reception area with a coffee machine. Usually, someone just pulls up a chair if they need to talk. Being in this part of Bangalore means we see a lot of the growth happening south of the city. We’ve been here long enough to see the shops change and the roads get wider. Our team stays busy with the technical side of things. We just try to do right by the people who hire us. There is no secret sauce here. Just some desks, computers, and a group of people who know their way around consulting. It keeps us moving and provides a living for the families of the folks who work here.
