Swagruha Guest House

We have been running Swagruha Guest House for quite a while now. It is located at 88 BTM Layout, specifically in the 2nd Stage area on 36th Main Road. The building is right near the 4th Cross in the 1st Stage section. It is a simple place with rooms for people who are visiting the city or have some work in this part of town. My family helps out with the daily chores like making sure the linens are clean and the bathrooms are working properly. We don't have any fancy lobby or big signs, just a regular spot where you can get some rest. Most of the people who stay with us are here for a few days. BTM is a busy area, so there is always noise from the street, but we try to keep the inside quiet enough for sleeping. We manage everything ourselves and don't rely on big agencies. Sometimes the plumbing gives us trouble because it’s an older building, but we fix it as soon as we can. It’s just us working here every day. We know the neighborhood well since we live nearby too. If you need a basic room without all the extra stuff you don't use, that is what we have here. We keep our keys at the front desk and someone is usually around if a guest arrives late at night. We have been at this spot for several years now.
