We are based out of Chamrajpet, over in the Shusruti Nagar area. You can find us at number 201 on the Andrahalli Main Road. It’s a decent-sized place where we do all our daily prep work. Most days it smells strongly of spices and steam around here, which I guess is better than most office smells. We started this group because we all had some experience in different kitchens and wanted to do something for ourselves. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in the city or anything like that. We just want to make sure the food we send out is good and that there’s enough for everyone at the table to have seconds. Moving stuff along Andrahalli Main Road can be a bit of a challenge during the peak hours, but we’ve lived here long enough to know the timing of the traffic. We handle various types of events, mostly things like housewarmings or birthday parties where people just need a reliable food spread. Our staff is mostly local people who live within walking distance. We don't have fancy uniforms or a polished office with leather chairs. It’s a working kitchen through and through. The pots are big, the stoves are always going, and there is usually a lot of shouting back and forth to get things done on time. We’ve had our fair share of hectic days where everything seems to go wrong at once, but we always manage to get the food delivered. That's just the way it is in this line of work.
