SV Baloons Decoration & Cyber Centre

At SV Baloons Decoration & Cyber Centre, we have a bit of a strange mix going on in our shop in Mahalaxmi Puram, Sector 36 C, Chandigarh. On one side of the room, we have the computers and printers for the cyber centre part. People come in to print out their school assignments or check something on the internet when their own phone is acting up. Then on the other side, we have all the balloon decorations and party supplies. It’s a bit crowded with all the colorful packets and the sound of the internet modem, but we make it work somehow. My brother and I run the place and we usually have music playing on a small radio behind the counter. Chandigarh is a planned city, but our little corner feels a bit more chaotic with all the stuff we have packed into the shelves. Sometimes we are blowing up balloons for a birthday while someone else is trying to focus on typing a document right next to us. It gets a little noisy, but it’s a friendly kind of noise. We've been in Sector 36 C for a few years now and most of the students from the nearby areas know us well. We don't have any big corporate goals, we just like running our little shop and seeing the different people who walk through the door every day. We usually keep some spare chairs outside for people to sit and wait.
