Sustainable Engineering

Our place is located at 3-62 on 3rd Cross in Gowriepet. It’s a quiet enough street most days. We called it Sustainable Engineering because we wanted to focus on things that actually last, though the name sounds a bit more formal than we actually are in person. The building is an old one, and it can get a bit hot during the summer months. We have a few fans going, but they mostly just move the warm air around. We deal with a lot of local projects, mostly stuff that people in the area need help with. It’s a small operation, just a couple of rooms filled with parts, blueprints, and a lot of dust. We’ve been in Gowriepet for quite some time now, so we know most of the people on this cross. The work is steady, nothing too crazy. We don't spend money on fancy brochures or marketing because our work usually speaks for itself. If someone likes what we did for their neighbor, they come to us. That’s how it has always been. We try to keep our overhead low so we don't have to charge people an arm and a leg. Sometimes we get behind on our paperwork, but the actual engineering work always gets finished. It’s a simple way of running things, but it suits us just fine. We just focus on the job at hand and get on with it. Every day is different but mostly it's just about being practical.
