We are based over in Ganhipuram, specifically at 359 on 7th Cross. It’s a busy part of Whitefield in Bangalore. The office is usually humming with people coming and going. We do project management and engineering things here. Most days start early because the traffic around Bangalore 66 can get pretty bad if you wait too long. We have been here for a bit now. The space isn’t huge but it fits our desks and the stacks of drawings we have to look at. Sometimes the power cuts out for a second but the backup kicks in. It’s mostly about getting the technical work done and talking to clients on the phone. We go out for tea at the small shop down the road when we need a break from the screens. Whitefield has changed a lot since we started, more buildings everywhere now. Our team is small, just a few people who know their way around a project site. We don't really do big speeches or fancy meetings. It’s more about sitting down and figuring out how to make things work on the ground. The windows look out onto the street which can be noisy with the horns but you get used to it. We keep things simple here. Just a group of engineers trying to finish the day’s tasks without too much fuss. It gets hot in the afternoons but the fans keep it okay. Our office is just a place where we put in the hours and try to get the engineering right for whoever walks through the door.
