Ravi Thermal Engineers Pvt Ltd is situated at No 11 4 in the Vetral Axis Layout. It’s a bit of a quieter area compared to the main industrial hubs, which is nice. We have a small office where we do all the engineering drawings and the planning. Most of the day is spent looking at blueprints or talking to the guys on the site. Since we deal with thermal engineering, things can get pretty technical, but we try to keep it simple when we’re just talking amongst ourselves. The office has a lot of files and old project folders stacked against the walls. We have a few computers that are always running some kind of calculation. It’s not a very big team, so everyone ends up doing a bit of everything, from answering the door to checking the technical specs. The layout where we are is still developing, so it’s not too crowded yet. We usually have lunch together in the small break area. It’s a regular office life. Sometimes we have to stay late to finish up a design for a deadline. There isn't anything fancy about the way we work. We just take the projects as they come and try to solve the problems that pop up. The furniture is a bit worn out, and the lighting could be better, but it’s a good place to get work done without too many distractions from the outside world. We just focus on the drawings and the numbers.
