Surya Foods

Surya Foods is tucked away at 54/27-9 in the Kumbarpet area, right near Ganigarpet. It’s a busy part of the city where the streets are narrow and there’s always a lot of movement. Our place isn't very big, but it’s enough for what we do. We have been here for a while and have seen the neighborhood change a bit, though mostly it stays the same. The building is a bit older, so it has that specific smell of dust and old brick. We keep our supplies stacked up against the walls to save space. There isn't much room for a fancy office, so we just use a small corner for all the paperwork. Most of the day is spent handling the food items. It gets quite warm in the afternoons, especially in the summer, so we keep the fans going full blast. You can hear the noise from the market nearby, which is just part of the atmosphere here. We don't have a big team, just a handful of us who know the routine. Sometimes we have to move things around just to get the door open all the way. It’s not the most organized looking place, but we know where everything is. People in Kumbarpet know us, and we know them. It’s just how things go at Surya Foods. No fuss, just the daily grind in Ganigarpet. It gets loud and hot but we just keep at it.
