Surlin Solutions is a small operation tucked away in Chamundeshwari Layout. We’re at number 43 on the 2nd Main, right near the 5th Cross in Vidyaranyapura. It’s a residential-feeling area, which we actually like because it isn’t as chaotic as the city center. We handle both consulting and placement, which basically means we spend our time matching people with jobs that need doing. It’s a lot of coordination and follow-up. The office is pretty simple, nothing flashy at all. We have our files, our computers, and the usual tea breaks that keep us going. Being in the post-Vidyaranyapura area means we get a lot of locals stopping by, but we deal with people from all over Bangalore too. We don’t use any complicated systems, just old-fashioned talking and checking facts. Sometimes the power goes out or the internet acts up, like anywhere else around here, but we manage. We aren’t trying to be the biggest agency out there. We just want to do right by the people who trust us to help them out. It’s honest work, and it keeps us busy from morning until evening. The layout is quiet most days, which helps when you have to concentrate on reading through resumes or talking to employers on the phone. We just take it one day at a time.
