Suris Homes

You can find us at 383 Domlur 2nd Main, right on the 7th Cross. We are pretty much right across from Sparsh Clinic and very close to Shanthi Sagar, which is where we usually end up getting our lunch. Suris Homes is a small operation. We don’t have a massive team or a lobby with a fountain. It’s just a couple of rooms where we keep our files and meet people to talk about houses. The office feels a bit lived-in because we spend so much time here. There are stacks of papers on the tables and some old chairs that have seen better days. Domlur is a busy area, so there is always the sound of bikes and horns outside our window. Sometimes it gets a little distracting, but you get used to the rhythm of the street. We try to keep things straightforward. If someone comes in asking about a property, we just tell them what we know. There’s no script or sales pitch involved. We like being in this part of Bangalore because everything is within walking distance. The clinic across the road is a good landmark for people who haven't visited us before. We have a small kettle for tea and we usually have the fan running all day. It’s just a basic place where we do our business. Nothing more, nothing less. We’ve been at this address for a while now and we know the neighborhood very well.
