Suresh Steel Tubes Private Limited

We are located at Plot No. 93/A-7 in the Jigani Industrial Area. It’s a busy place with lots of factories all around us. What’s a bit different is that we’re up on the 2nd floor. It makes moving the steel tubes a bit more of a task than if we were on the ground, but we’ve got a system for it now. The floor is usually covered in long pipes and round tubes of different sizes. It’s a bit of a maze sometimes trying to walk from one end to the other without tripping over a stray piece of metal. The windows look out over the other roofs in Jigani, and you can hear the constant hum of machinery from the neighboring units. We spend the day measuring lengths and checking the thickness of the walls on the tubes. It’s simple work, but you have to be careful not to mix up the different grades of steel. The office area is just a small partitioned space with a fan that rattles when it’s on high. We keep the kettle going for tea throughout the shift. It gets quite loud when the tubes hit the floor, a sound that rings through your ears for a bit. We’ve been in this spot for a while, and everyone in the building knows us as the tube guys on the second floor.
