Sur Hennig Pvt. Ltd. is tucked away in the 2nd Phase of the Peenya Industrial Area. Our address is 1B, and it’s a typical industrial setup for this part of Bangalore. Peenya is a massive place, and we’re just one part of the huge network of factories and workshops here. We work on various industrial components and protection systems. The building isn't brand new, but it's solid and serves our purpose perfectly. We have a mix of old hands who have been here decades and some newer faces in the shop. It’s a lot of hands-on work every day. We don't sit in meetings for hours. Usually, we’re out on the floor or in the workshop checking on how things are going. It can get noisy with all the machinery nearby, but you get used to the hum of the industrial area after a while. We keep things pretty informal around here.
