Sunny Foods

We’ve been here at Kalyan Nagar IX for quite a while now. Sunny Foods is just a small place on Khetwad Back Road, number 15 to be exact. Every morning starts about the same, unlocking the front gate and seeing who is already waiting outside. It’s mostly people from the neighborhood stopping by before they head to work. The shop is a bit cramped because we try to keep everything people might need on the shelves, from the basic stuff to a few things you might not expect. Sometimes the delivery truck blocks the road for a minute and the neighbors get a bit loud about it, but that is just how it goes on this street. We don’t have any fancy displays or anything like that. It’s just us behind the counter. My nephew helps out on the weekends when he isn’t at school. The floor needs a good sweep every few hours because of all the dust coming in from the back road. We try to keep things organized but sometimes a box stays in the aisle longer than it should. If you walk past the old temple, you’ll find us easily enough. People know us for being here when they run out of something at the last minute. It isn't a big operation, just a regular shop where we know most of the faces that come through the door. We don't spend much time on the computer, mostly just handling things as they come.
