We are located on Paud Kunal Road in Jayanagar. It is a nice enough spot and we have been here for a good amount of time. We mostly deal with watches and clocks, and you can hear them all ticking if it gets quiet enough in the shop. It doesn't get quiet often though because the road outside is always busy with cars and pedestrians. We have various types of timepieces displayed in the glass cases, some old and some newer ones. A lot of people come in just to get a battery changed or a strap fixed while they go run other errands in the market. We take our time with the repairs because those tiny parts can be tricky to handle. The light in the shop is kept quite bright so we can see what we are doing with the small tools. It is a family-run kind of thing and we know many of the regulars who pass by every day. Sometimes we just sit by the counter and watch the world go by through the front window. Jayanagar has a specific feel to it and we have become a small part of that over the years. We aren’t looking to expand into a huge chain or anything, just keeping the shop running and the clocks ticking is enough for us. Our display window is a bit small, but we try to keep it looking decent with the newest clocks we get in. The floor is made of old tiles that have seen better days.
