Sun Telecom

Sun Telecom is situated in JP Nagar, specifically in the Poorva Nagar area on Solapur Road No 110/2. If you know the Solapur Road stretch, you know it can get quite hot and dusty during the summer months. Our shop is a small place where we handle various telecom services and gadgets. We have a counter that takes up most of the front space, and there are shelves behind it filled with all sorts of accessories and boxes. Most of the day is spent talking to people about their mobile connections or helping them pick out a new charger because they lost their old one. It’s a lot of repetitive work, but it keeps the lights on. Sometimes the traffic outside at 110/2 gets so loud we have to shout a bit to be heard over the trucks. We don't have a big team, just a couple of us who know how to handle the systems. The floor is tile and it’s seen better days, but it does the job. We keep a fan running all day to stay cool. People from Poorva Nagar often drop by just to ask for directions or to use the phone for a quick second. It’s a community vibe. We don't have a big marketing plan, we just open the shutter in the morning and wait for the first customer to walk in. It's a simple life here in JP Nagar.
