Our little office is tucked away in RMV 2nd Stage, specifically on 41st Cross in the 3rd Block. If you know Bangalore, you know this area is relatively quiet compared to the main city chaos. We are at number 7, and it is a pretty simple setup. There are always boxes of decorations or sound equipment piled up near the entrance because we are constantly moving things in and out for different events. It isn't a very polished place, to be honest. We have some old posters on the walls and the floor is a bit scuffed from moving speakers around. The staff here is just a few local guys who know how to manage a crowd. We spend a lot of our time on the phone or scribbling notes on random scraps of paper. Sometimes the internet acts up or the power goes out, but we just deal with it and keep going. We don't have a big fancy lobby or anything like that. Most people who come by are just neighbors or people who heard about us from someone else in the block. It’s a lot of manual work, lifting things and making sure the lights work. We don't use big words or have long meetings. We just get the entertainment stuff sorted and hope the weather stays good for the outdoor setups. It is just a normal day-to-day business where we try to keep things moving without too much fuss.
