Our workplace is located at Marian Villa, which is right by the Good Shepherd Convent on Museum Road in Bangalore. It is a nice part of town, though the traffic on Museum Road can be a real headache during rush hour. We have been operating from this spot for quite some time now, dealing with new media and all that comes with it. Bangalore is a tech city, so being here feels right, even if the building itself has a more traditional look to it. We spend our days mostly on the phones and computers. It is a lived-in office, not one of those shiny glass towers you see in the outskirts. There are always papers around and people talking over each other. Being near the convent means things are a bit quieter on that side, which is a nice break from the city noise. We do what we can with the tools we have. Some of the staff have been here for years, and we’ve seen the neighborhood change a lot. We just focus on the day-to-day tasks. If you are looking for us, Marian Villa is pretty easy to find if you know where the museum area is. We don't have a big lobby or a fancy reception, just a regular space where work gets done.
