We've been over here at Electronic City 26/H for a while now. Most days it's just about getting the orders sorted and making sure the food is ready when people come looking for it. It gets pretty busy around here during the lunch rush, especially with all the offices nearby. We started Sukhdata Foods Pvt Ltd because we knew the area needed something reliable. It isn't always easy, sometimes the supplies don't show up on time or a machine breaks down right when you need it most. That’s just how it goes in this business. We spend a lot of time in the kitchen checking on things. The staff here mostly lives close by so we all know each other well. It's a loud place usually, with the sounds of cooking and people talking over the fans. We don't really do anything fancy, just the work that needs doing every day. If you walk past 26/H you'll probably smell whatever we are cooking that morning. We keep the floors scrubbed and the counters wiped down, even if the walls look a bit old now. It is a practical setup we have. We don't spend much on decorations because the food is what matters more to us. Sometimes we sit outside for a minute when it gets quiet just to catch our breath before the next batch starts. It’s just us doing our thing every day, making sure the pans are hot and the orders go out without too much fuss. We don’t mind the long hours.
