We are located out in the Bommasandra Industrial Area, specifically at 235/U2. It’s a busy part of town with a lot of trucks and factories everywhere. We’ve been running things from this spot for some time now under the name Suhner (India) Pvt Ltd. We focus on industrial tools and parts that other businesses use for their manufacturing work. It’s not a retail shop where people just walk in off the street to buy a hammer for their house. Most of our day involves talking to engineers or floor managers about specific grinding tools or flexible shafts. The warehouse can get pretty loud and dusty, as you’d expect for an industrial zone. We spend a lot of time checking orders and making sure the right equipment is going out to the right place. It’s a practical environment. There isn't much in the way of decoration in the office; it's mostly just desks, charts, and technical manuals lying around. We deal with a lot of logistics because getting heavy gear moved around Bommasandra can be a bit of a headache with the traffic. Our staff knows the technical side of the machines quite well because they’ve been doing this for many years. We aren't trying to be anything other than a solid supplier for the local industry. It's hard work, but it keeps the factories running, which is why we’re here at this address. We just get on with the daily tasks of shipping and receiving everything.
