We are based out of Plot No. 235, U2, over in the Bommasandra Indl. Area. The company is Suhner India P. Ltd. If you know the industrial area, you know it’s a lot of warehouses and trucks moving in and out all day long. Our spot is pretty standard for this neighborhood. We have a front office and then the main floor where all the real work happens. It’s a lot of metal and the smell of oil sometimes, which is just part of the job. We don’t have any fancy decorations on the walls, just some calendars and maybe a few old photos from when we first moved in. The team here is small but we know what we’re doing. We aren’t big on titles or hierarchies. We just need to get the orders out on time. Being in Bommasandra means we are surrounded by other businesses doing similar things, so there’s a sense of being in it together. We take our lunch breaks together sometimes if things aren't too frantic. Suhner India P. Ltd. isn't a name you'd find in a lifestyle magazine, but for the people who need our parts, we are right here at Plot 235. It’s a long day sometimes, especially when the weather is sticky, but we keep the machines running. It’s just honest work in a busy industrial park. We don't need much else to keep us satisfied at the end of the shift.
